What We Breathe and Smell

Conditions, behaviors, moods, and habits we may want to stop or modify can be managed and controlled by what we breathe and smell! Sleeping difficulty, lethargy, anxiety, overeating, undereating, and tobacco smoking are a few of the common ones that I and my staff see and observe almost everyday in my practice and work with customers, clients, friends, and employees. For example, something as simple as diffusing some rosemary and/or peppermint essential oil into the air one breathes can quickly invoke greater mental alertness and sharpness.
