Sleep Apnea and Rockrose (Cistus ladaniferus)
Cistus (Cistus ladaniferus), or Rockrose, is 'on our lips' this week. We find ourselves using it in an inspiring blend customized by us for use in addressing sleep apnea with our clients, 8 male and 2 female, over the past 6 months. We and our clients have thus far experienced a 90% success rate in reduction and/or elimination of snoring.

What We Breathe and Smell


Conditions, behaviors, moods, and habits we may want to stop or modify can be managed and controlled by what we breathe and smell! Sleeping difficulty, lethargy, anxiety, overeating, undereating, and tobacco smoking are a few of the common ones that I and my staff see and observe almost everyday in my practice and work with customers, clients, friends, and employees. For example, something as simple as diffusing some rosemary and/or peppermint essential oil into the air one breathes can quickly invoke greater mental alertness and sharpness.
